Team Matters was founded by Cathy Anderson and Helen Morley, who bring together more than 50 years of combined experience in leadership development, organizational culture, and team effectiveness. Their partnership was born from a shared belief that we are better together — and that strong leadership creates better workplaces for everyone.
We help organizations develop leaders (especially team leaders) who foster values-driven, high-performing teams. Our work is rooted in real conversations, co-created solutions, and a deep commitment to making work better for the people doing it.
